Previously at One Rochester, now housed at Level 2 of The Alkaff Mansion, the modern and romantic restaurant has returned with its past signature items and is now moving towards a renewed emphasis on Basque Cuisine.  To keep up with the Basque spirit, the team at The Alkaff Mansion have partnered with Basqium, the supposed guardians of Basque cuisine in and outside Spain, and have set up the Spanish Cuisine Development Group.
