What is receipt/reference number?
It is a string of 17 randomly generated numbers and letters that we use to identify your order.
Where to find receipt/reference number?
You can find it in the email sent to you after payment.
Email status is sent but no voucher in recipient inbox?
Please ask your recipient to check his or her spam or junk email folder. It might also have been blocked by their service provider. If the recipient cannot find it in their spam or junk email folder, contact us and we will gladly help you out.
